TicTock Studios to Host Second Annual Benefit Fashion Show and After Party (Open to Public)
HOLLAND, MI - The non-profit benefit hosted by TicTock Studios is
scheduled for Saturday, September 20th at 8:00pm. The event will
include a DJ, beer and wine garden, and talented clothing designers.
"We are excited to include Cynthia LaMaide and Kelly Oday, who have
designed and worked with Lenny Kravitz and Kid Rock," says TicTock
Studios, CEO Hopwood DePree. Cynthia was also the costume designer on
TicTock Studios' recent film "Tug." Also performing at the benefit
fashion show is Lakeshore Idol contest winner La Sondra Leffler.
Space is limited.
With the success of last year's fashion show, TicTock Studios has
decided to open this once private event to the public. The benefit
fashion show will have a suggested contribution of $10 with all
proceeds going to the non-profit Columbia Art District. "It's a fun
and exciting new way to expose people to something they may have never
experienced all while benefiting a great cause," says Fashion Show
Producer Edward Verdugo.
Plans are to make the show bigger and better
each year. "If it's anything like last year, you can expect a flashy
fashion show straight out of Hollywood," says Verdugo.
This Benefit Fashion Show is a concluding event to the daylong
festivities of the Columbia Art District Festival. Festivities kick
off at 11:30am with a Bed Race and continue with a "street-party-like"
atmosphere that includes talented artists, live music, food booths,
and a beer and wine garden. The festival will also bring awareness to
the plans for the beautification and enhancement of the Columbia
Avenue corridor. For more information on the festival please visit:
www.CADFest.com. The Columbia Art District is a non-profit
organization dedicated to bringing exciting changes to Holland,
Michigan.
For models interested in being a part of the fashion show, Michigan
Casting Services is holding auditions this Saturday, September 13th.
